This man sells Cotton Candy he makes at home every day on the beaches in Tijuana, Mexico. He is a true entrepreneur in that he found something delicious he can make at home and sell to beach goers. He was pleased to let me make his photo and I plan to take him a copy on my next visit. I know he will be there!
