The photo was taken at Jacana Beach, Puerto Princesa City. These guys are carrying big tuna catch taken from Palawan waters. Young as they are but they already know sustainable fisheries through the use hook and line fishing. They are learning or mastering the rudiments of fishing from capture to marketing. Their catch is for export to other places or countries.
