This man from Ningxiang, a county of Changsha, the capital of Hunan province in China, has begun to grow his own food for consumption in response to the rapid urban sprawl that has consumed the green space in rural China. Despite real estate development and trash accumulation around his property, he is determined to reestablish the essence of autonomy and sustenance, food production for consumption, the truest of entrepreneurial initiatives.
